Your data is private to your account. Supabase may email you a link to confirm a new account.
Ask me about your readings, results or trends.
Only numbers you type yourself are saved, labelled “entered by you”.
Files are stored privately and only you can open them. A file is only ever sent to an AI service if you click Read values with AI on it and approve that one document. Nothing is sent otherwise.
Choose the date on the report, for example when adding older tests. Results read from this document will use it. You can still change the date on each result before you confirm it.
PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB.
Values read by AI from your documents appear here as suggestions only. Check each one against the original document, correct it if needed, then confirm. Nothing counts as a real result until you do.
Printed reference ranges are copied from your documents. This app does not judge whether a result is good or bad, so please ask your clinician what results mean for you.
Recipes come from free public recipe databases, fetched by Medi-Bot’s server: .
Only your search words, meal type and cuisine are sent to them. Your name, diet, allergies and health details are not: those are used afterwards, on this device, to hide recipes that mention them. Photos load directly from the recipe sites, so they can see your device’s internet address.
Recipes are only shown with nutrition. If a site doesn’t provide it and AI recipe ideas are on, an AI estimate is added (clearly labelled), which sends only that recipe’s title and ingredients to OpenAI. Without that, recipes that have no nutrition are hidden.
Add the ingredients you have. I can look for matches in your saved and sample recipes, write a new recipe from them with AI, or open a web search.
Keep track of what you eat and how it adds up against your own daily goals. Your diary stays in your account and is never sent to any AI service. Only if you press “Estimate with AI” is the food description you typed sent, and only with AI recipe ideas switched on.
These are your own numbers, and you can leave any blank. Medi-Bot doesn’t decide what you should aim for, so please ask your clinician or dietitian what is right for you.
Look up packaged foods and add them with their nutrition label figures. Type a food or brand, or a barcode number.
Product data comes from Open Food Facts, a free database built by volunteers. It can be wrong or out of date, so check the pack. Only the words you search for are sent, by Medi-Bot’s server.

Built only from readings you saved on the Add data tab and results you have confirmed or entered yourself (fictional sample data is labelled). Results are charted together only when the test name and unit match exactly. Shaded bands show the range printed on your document. This app does not judge whether a result is good or bad, so please ask your clinician what results mean for you.
Results you type in are labelled “entered by you”. Add dated results for the same test and unit to see a trend.
Private to your account. Your name, date of birth, height and photo are never sent to any AI service.
Used for recipes: it is how Medi-Bot hides recipes that mention your allergies, and it is sent to OpenAI only if you switch on AI recipe ideas. Allergies matter for safety, so please fill this in carefully.
Kept privately in your account and never sent to an AI service by chat or recipes. Items read from a document appear under Add data > Results for you to check first. This list is for your own reference, not a prescription record: always follow your prescriber’s instructions.
Nothing is sent to an AI service unless you switch it on here (or approve a single document). Your name, date of birth, height, photo, email and documents are never sent as part of chat or recipes. Every request is logged below.
